Capacity histogram shows NULL values

Reported by: jeroens Owned by: joeb

Description

When configuring the X-axis to a habitat foraging capacity response, the historgram shows values for non-water and excluded cells. This is confusing; for instance, a map can be scaled as [CORE_NULL, 1] which is not great.

The map scale should NOT include NULL values

The histogram is computed from the ecospace.Depth layer which is only updated when either Ecospace has ran, or when changes to relevant layers have been made. Ecospace does not have a reliable version of its depth map if such edits have not been made.

I've added ecospace.Load to make this happen
